1. Where we ship
Pan-India delivery to all serviceable PIN codes via our courier partners.
2. Rates
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Flat ₹79 on orders below ₹999 (metro & tier-1 cities).
- Bulk and trade orders quoted separately based on weight and destination.
3. Timelines
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days.
- Tier-2 / tier-3: 4–7 working days.
- Remote areas: up to 10 working days.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) of payment confirmation.
4. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. Trade-account customers can also track from their dashboard.
5. Returns & damaged goods
Sealed, unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to support@nailsemporium.inwithin 48 hours and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
6. Bulk orders
For orders above 100 units of a single SKU, please use the Bulk Order form. Our team replies with a quote within 4 working hours.
