1. Orders & pricing
All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing or stock error is detected — you'll be refunded in full.
2. Trade accounts
Trade pricing is reserved for verified salons, artists, and distributors. Misuse of trade pricing (including reselling without authorisation) may result in account suspension.
3. Bulk orders
Bulk quotes are valid for 7 days. Lead time depends on stock; expect 4–10 working days for confirmed orders.
4. Returns
Sealed, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Shipping Policy for return logistics.
5. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
